Your breath is your connection to the Divine Universe (God); it is your reason for being. Each breath take you closer to achieving your soul’s plan.

When you take shallow breaths due to fear and anxiety, you cut off your life flow, your breath.

Take deep breaths and grow in confidence with each breath, know that you are being divinely guided on

Your journey. Set a goal for yourself as you begin to develop breath consciousness.

Practice: Sit in a quiet place, take deep breaths, begin to focus on a candle or just the breath for as long as you can. At first you will only be able to do about five minutes due to the distractions of the mind. Continue pushing past the distractions at each sitting for up to 30 days, until you can sit in quiet contemplation of nothingness for 30 minutes or more at a time. Repeat until you achieve the goals you have set for yourself. Write your outcomes in your journal.

Affirmation: I AM one with my breath.
