The phrase Shift – Focus and Connect to the Universe came to me during my meditation around the time of writing of my first book Poetry from the Rose of Sharon: Divine Thoughts and Inspirations for Living Well in 2010. It can be instrumental in assuming the right frame of mind in alignment with the universal consciousness and the Chi.
When life seems to get you down, don’t fret, don’t curse. Shift, focus and connect to the universe.
Don’t fight, don’t explode, just Shift, Focus and Connect to the universe. Remove yourself from your mental struggles and pay attention to life. You may use this as a coping mechanism to manage life’s situation. Begin to Connect to nature and life around you. Reflect on this: are you
a tourist living life on this planet or are you connected to the source of all life?
